Ordering Information
Please print name, mailing address, shipping address (if different), and phone number.
Print page number, item number, quantity, and description clearly.
Include
payment with check, money order, or credit card card with expiration date and
last three numbers of security code (on back of card). We accept VISA, MASTER
CARD, or DISCOVER. Outside of USA,
US dollar bank draft, postal money order in US dollars, or one of the above
credit cards.
You may fax your order 24-7 to (330) 448-8319 or send via E-mail to alcraft@cisnet.com - Phone orders may be placed Monday thru Friday between 9am and 4pm EST at 1-800 605--5544.
Minimum shipping and handling fee is $5.00. Shipping charges are based on package weight, size, and area code. We ship UPS or USPS.
Please let us know if you want items back ordered.
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization or after 10 days of repeipt. Trere will be a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Retail discount of 20% will be applied to orders totaling $100.00 or more excluding the following items:
