Ordering Information
Please print name, mailing address, shipping address (if different), e-mail address, and phone number.
Print page number, item number, quantity, and description clearly.
We accept PayPal, check or cash.

- Phone orders may be placed Monday thru Friday between 9am and 4pm EST at 1-330-448-1573.
Minimum shipping and handling fee is $6.95. (Domestic) Shipping charges are based on package weight, size, and area code. We ship UPS or USPS.
Please let us know if you want items back ordered.
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization or after 10 days of receipt. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.
Many items are available in quantity at 40% off. Please call for current pricing.
